You are a Independent Contractor so no taxes will be taken out of your checks. You are responsible for doing your own taxes. You are only paid for the actual time you are on the phone talking to the customer. You are paid as the following:

   0 - 28 hours  =     .00/hr

If you are trying to work full-time this is a great time to get those hours in and
up, bonus time is here shortly, you need to work at least 37 hours to make the top pay of this pay period, and as you know we will soon be on weekly pay, I know everyone is happy. That will start January 16,2002
